Hurry, before it’s too late…

Betelgeuse

5,000 years is relatively short in space years. Although our civilization will be long gone, hopefully replaced by a higher form of being, the stars will keep on floating on. I’d like to think this would be a grand event in 5,000 years, something we could all see throughout this part of the galaxy. But the reality is that this super-red giant traveling through space dust is like an airplane slipping through the clouds. I’m sure he’ll be fine.
